We wanted to use design elements that represented this ideology of “creativity meets business”—or, in other words, a design that stimulates both the right and left brain. We used juxtaposing typefaces to convey this idea: clean, bold typeface mixed with others that are more playful, colorful.

Did you know there’s real science backing up why strategic visual content can increase memory recall and overall engagement? Well, there is! Think of it this way: what comes to mind when you think of a concept like “a team?” Each person who reads this will have their own unique set of images and associations based on it. It’s human nature! Yet, over time, these kind of cognitive inconsistencies have been proven to impair innovation in business environments, as valuable time and resources will need to be used to redirect everyone to be on the same page. With specific, strategic visual elements to focus on, this process can be streamlined, and eventually eliminated.
